The staff was very helpful and attentive and provided exceptional services. the idea to include coffee/tea makers and glassware in the classic room was nice. - the bathroom was luxurious, with a bathtub. - It was impeccably clean inside.

Enjoyed our stay, would recomand. We were offered continental breakfasts with cheese and chocolate, for instance. The venue was in a central location short walk to stops Vaporetta, main sites and 2 vaporetto stops, and nice restaurants and a couple of great bars.

It is quiet simple and beautiful! Ideal to get a feel of Venice. The staff were very helpful, breakfast was good and the room was always clean. The location is within walking distance of the train station, Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge and there are several restaurants and shops near! Very good value for money

It is a good and comfortable spot to start to discover Venice. The terrace on the top give us a beautiful view of the city. It is not in the center of everything, but at a convinient distance and is giving the filling that you are close to the real city live, not touristic spots only. Breakfast is good.

Had a really lovely stay overall, perfect place and the weather was warm. The staff were brilliantly friendly and really polite!- The location was amazing and incredible in a nice quiet area, close enough to navigate to St Marks Square, the airport boat taxi terminal, and touristy areas.- In general, the service was perfect.- Truly enjoyed our choice to stay in this property for 6 nights.

Well appointed place, we did not want to leave.
The service was good, totally satisfied. Our rooms were lovely looking and top-class with a twin bed and tasteful bed linen, as example. The hotel had a central setting easy to reach from the airport by Alilaguna ferry.
